Why do you have two sites for your products?

Well, one (WhimsicalWishesAndWants.com) is a "preview" site (where you are now).  It is always open and you can reach me here anytime by email for questions or concerns. The "store" is sometimes closed for maintenance. When it is closed, you will not be able to reach the store's contact email.
If I order an electronic download, will it be available in my account forever?
Unfortunately, no. Electronic downloads are available for 3 days and you have 4 attempts available to download a file. After that, the download link expires. This is to prevent theft and/or "sharing" of my files. Of course, if you have a need to access your purchase beyond these limitations, please contact me. I will work with you to make it possible. What is your refund policy?
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, I'm here to help. I have taken great care in the production of the products on this site to create something with which I think you will be well pleased. But, I do realize that "things happen." And I will do everything within my control to make sure you are satisfied completely with each and every purchase. My general returns policies:
Returns - Physical Goods
You have seven (7) calendar days to request a refund from the date you received it. Please send your request to me via a Contact Us link either on this site or on our Store site. (Note: all email that is not initiated through our Contact Us links are automatically deleted by our system, will not be received by us and your refund will not be issued.) To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your request needs to supply the receipt or proof of purchase transaction ID from PayPal so that I can confirm the purchase either in our database or in our PayPal account. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.

If your return is approved, I will contact you by email and initiate a refund to your PayPal account. If you receive a refund, the actual price you paid for the product (only) will be refunded. The cost of return shipping will not be included your refund.
Returns - Digital Downloads
II stand behind my products and your satisfaction with them is important to me. However, in the case of digital goods delivered via Internet download, refunds will not be provided. Before placing a larger order, please order only 1 or 2 items of any category in which you are interested so you can test to see if they (it) will meet your requirements.

With over 14,000 items in the store, it is possible that some design images might have been mis-linked to the appropriate download file. If this happens with one of your orders, please contact me and I will correct the link and make sure you receive the correct item.

Contact me only via the site's Contact Form and we'll talk about how to make you 100% happy. Remember, please, all email that is not initiated through our Contact Us links are automatically deleted by our system and will not be received by us. No refund will be issued. You will receive no response.
Tip: Why doesn't the Category content at WhimsicalWishesAndWants.com match the same Category content in the store?
Well, with few exceptions, it does. Perhaps, in the Store, you have missed the "More" button at the bottom of Category pages that have too much to fit on one page. For example, there are over 100 products in the "Taste of Texas/Miscellaneous" category. But each page displays only 12 at a time. So, in order to see all of the products, you will need to click the "More" button at the bottom of the page. This will load 12 more. Etc., etc.
I don't have a PayPal account. Can I still buy your products?
Yes. PayPal securely processes purchases made on our Store site, but you don't need a PayPal account to make the purchase. When you reach the PayPal site you will be able to select whether you pay with a personal PayPal account or with a personal credit card.
What are the settings you use on your ScanNCut machine for fcm files?
All ScanNCut machines are a little different in the settings department due to how deep the blade is set, how sharp or dull it is, how thick the paper you are cutting is, whether you're cutting through the paper or "kiss cutting," or maybe you're drawing or embossing, etc. So you will need to experiment a little. The settings I am using follow:

"Kiss Cut" means to cut through the top layer of papers without cutting all the way through.
